SIGNATURE COLLECTION - SPRING 2023 EDITION

The Signature Collection is comprised of 1 bottle of each: 2020 The Organist, 2020 Pinot Noir, & 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon. All three wines are showing beautiful and are ready to enjoy now or they can be cellared for additional aging.

2020 THE ORGANIST
Vibrant garnet in hue, this red blend leaps from the glass with lively, bright red fruits and exotic spices.  On the palate, it is approachable, yet expansive and balanced.  The entry displays ripe blueberries, plum, tart cherry, wild blackberries, and sweet cassis, all cradled by etherial and brambly spices. The finish exhibits a kaleidoscope of intense fruits and spices that explode like fireworks. 

2020 PINOT NOIR
Pinot Noir can be overly delicate and earthy by nature.  My take is decidedly different. Rich, expansive, and daringly opulent, this Pinot Noir hits the glass with a vibrant, dark ruby color. On the nose are notes of Crème de framboise, Bing cherry, strawberry shortcake, and a hint of cardamom tucked at the back. On the palate, it resonates to all corners without relent. Notes of wild raspberry, Colaberry, and sweet plum dominate, with round and silky tannins that blossom through the lengthy finish. Enjoy now after a generous decant or cellar for a few years.

2019 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is both commanding and enchanting from the moment it leaves the bottle. In the glass, the aromatics are lively with notes of cherry, fig, boysenberry, baking spices, and a brambly charisma.  The palate opens to abundant purity of fruit with black currant, marionberry, and heaps of crème de cassis leading the show. The structure is polished and expansive, displaying great intensity that blooms to reveal the conspicuously chiseled and sweet tannins associated with mountain grown fruit. The finish radiates from the front to the back of the palate with a kaleidoscope of juicy and ripe fruits, delicate spices, and a satiating texture that encompasses it all.
